GENERAL INFORMATION ON GLASSES AND APPLIED BY PROTECTION
1. Marking IT

1.1 Frame with glasses plans
Manufacturing according to the directive 89 / 686 / EC and IN 166-168 for a personal equipment of protection.
2. Cleaning
Glasses will be cleaned in the tap water, with a cleaning product, then wiped with a soft cloth. We can handle them then with a product disinfecting some business.
Attention! Do not use chemicals, a white spirit or cleaning liquids containing solvents.
3. Domain of use
All the glasses of protection correspond to the optical category 1 and are so adapted to a prolonged usage. All the glasses are certified for a basic use.
4. Filter protection of the welder / degrees of protection
The filters of protection of the welder must be used only during the soldering. Provided that the choice of the degree of protection is correct, the filter protects against the harmful radiations in the visible, ultraviolet and infrared bright spectre. It is then necessary to avoid the dazzles due to the electric arc of soldering. The vision protected from the electric arc can lead to an inflammation of the cornea or to an irreversible opacification of the lens cataract. The degrees of protection adapted to the process of soldering appear in the picture below. The bearable maximal protrection are of a degree above or below.

5. Absorption U.V.
All the safety glasses and the wall lamps are glass polycarbonate and present an absorption U.V. of 99,5 percent up to 370 nm.
