CONTOPHARMA "i-clean!" Cleaning Solution
This cleaning solution is suitable for the gentle cleaning of all current types of rigid gas-permeable as well as hydrophilic soft contact lenses. To date, there are no known lens types on which the solution should not be used.
Warnings:
To avoid complications with the system/eyes/contact lenses, contact lens care products should be used only after consulting with a contact lens specialist, taking into consideration the lens material used. Wearing contact lenses that have not been cleaned properly or are damaged can lead to serious injury to the eyes or visual impairment. If a reddening of the eye occurs on the contact tens wearing surface or the connective tissue, one should consult an ophthalmologist or a contact lens specialist immediately.
Rigid gas-permeable contact lenses:
Rub between the index finger, middle finger and the thumb for 20-30 seconds.
Hydrophilic soft contact lenses:
Clean both sides with the palm of one's hand with the aid of the index finger of the other hand for 20-30 seconds.
Thoroughly rinse off any dirt particles that have been loosened and the cleaning solution with a rinsing solution suitable for your lens type or a sterile saline solution.
Rigid gas-permeable contact lenses can be used immediately after the thorough rinsing.
Hydrophilic soft contact lenses should be stored in a suitable conditioning solution for 1 -2 hours before insertion.
