The solution contains Oxipol which combines cleaning, disinfectant and lubricating agents. Surface active ingredients, a wetting agent, comfort agent and lubricant also make the surface more wettable and enhance wearer comfort, said the company.

Sauflon said that Synergi is effective against the main strains of ocular pathogens, ensuring safe and effective contact lens wear while an antimicrobial soaking case minimises the transfer of bacterial organisms and prevents the build-up of biofilm.

The non-irritant solution can also be used to re-wet the lens during daily wear and is indicated for sensitive eyes. 

The contact lenses are disinfected and cleaned through that peroxide-solution. The micronized catalyser in tablet form without coating, allow a thorough cleaning of the contact lenses. Thanks to the relative short disinfection process, after 2 hours, you can put your contact lenses again.

The peroxide system "tab in one" is recommended for the care of all current types of contact lenses, especially of hydrophilic soft contact lenses.

The product includes a two-layer white and green tablet that removes protein in 'only two hours' and disinfects the lenses thoroughly. The white layer begins cleaning immediately to remove protein attached to the surface of the lens, while the green part works in a 'slow and extended manner' to disinfect and neutralise the hydrogen peroxide properties.

The company said that Ever Clean worked for all types of lenses and its no-rub formula ensures that the sensitive surface of the lens remains intact and that oxygen channels are kept open. Neutralisation of the peroxide takes two hours and it is converted into a preservative-free saline solution with a light green colouration to indicate that the process is over, added the company.
